Se requerirá un depósito del 50% del importe total de la excursión, no más tarde de 21 días previos al arribo del pasajero para poder confirmar su reservación. El saldo total de la excursión debe ser pagado a AAA Island Tours por lo menos 5 días laborables antes del arribo al país. Toda reservación debe hacerse por escrito, vía fax o correo electrónico y será confirmada de igual forma. Peticiones adicionales, cambios o cancelaciones deben hacerse por escrito para proceder con la acción correspondiente. No se aceptarán peticiones adicionales, cambios o cancelaciones por teléfono. Algunas excursiones podrían requerir un mínimo de pasajeros.

Transferencias bancarias serán aceptadas, entendiéndose que el cliente será responsable por los cargos que la misma conlleve. AAA Island Tours sólo aceptará la totalidad del pago correspondiente y no pagos parciales.

A deposit of 50% of the total value of the excursion will be required no later than 21 days prior to the arrival of the passenger, in order to be able to confirm the reservation. Full payment of the excursion us due to AAA Island Tours at least five (5) working days prior the passenger arrival. Every reservation should be done in writing, fax or electronic mail and will be confirmed in the same way. Additional requests, changes or cancellations should be done in writing, not by phone, in order to proceed with the corresponding action. Some excursions may require a minimum amount of passengers.

Bank Transfers will be accepted, being understood that the customer will be responsible for any bank charges. AAA Island Tours will only receive the full payment due and not partial payments.

Las tarifas aquí incluidas se expresan en dólares de EE.UU. y estarán sujetas a cambio sin previo aviso. Las mismas incluyen impuestos legales, pero excluyen derechos de puertos, aduanas y/o cualquier pago por derecho de entrada o salida a país alguno. Las tarifas no incluyen: Comidas no especificadas, propinas, gastos personales o incidentales. En general, no se incluye ningún tipo de servicio o gasto que no esté debidamente especificado en los itinerarios.

All rates here included are quoted in US dollars. They are subject to changes without prior notice. They include all legal taxes, but exclude any port tax, customs, immigration or airport taxes. The rates do not include: meals not specified in the itineraries, tips, personal expenses or incidentals. Any services or expenses that are not specified in the itineraries are not included.

Cancelaciones

Any cancellation, no matter the reason, received within 15 days or more prior to the arrival date of the passengers will have an administrative charge of $35.00 per passenger. Within 14 to 10 days prior the arrival date, the charge will be 20% of the total price. If it is between 9 to 5 days before the arrival date, the charge will be 30%. Any cancellation received 4 to 1 day before, will have a 40% penalty.

No money will be refunded for any cancellation received on the same
day of the scheduled arrival of the passenger.

AAA Island Tours reserve’s the right of canceling any reservation that has not been paid in total with at least 5 days before the service date.

Reembolsos

All refunds will be made to the agency or party who booked and deposited, there shall be no refund for any services voluntarily not used by passenger. Any
refund requested must be done in writing no later than 30 days after service date. Unused service vouchers must be rendered with refund request.

Reclamaciones

Al inscribirse para tomar parte en cualquiera de los viajes y servicios ofrecidos en esta página implica la total aceptación por parte del comprador de todas y cada una de las condiciones aquí establecidas.

The passenger, as well as the excursion organizer, accept and agree that any claim must be submitted and resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of Puerto Rico and renounce the right to use any other jurisdiction.

Purchasing and accepting the services described in this catalogue will imply the total acceptance by the passenger of all and each one of the conditions established herein.

Variaciones

Las compañías prestatarias de los servicios se reservan el derecho de alterar el itinerario de viaje o los hoteles previstos, si fuese necesario para una mejor organización del mismo, o si circunstancias de fuerza mayor obligaran a ello. En caso de que por deseo expreso de los clientes se accediera a introducir alguna rectificación en el servicio contratado, el cliente deberá abonar la totalidad de los gastos ocasionados por la modificación solicitada, así como el importe de los servicios que solicitasen antes de realizarse los cambios.

AAA Island Tours declina toda la responsabilidad por retrasos, adelantos o cancelaciones que se produzcan por parte de las compañías aéreas, marítimas o de las empresas transportistas o cualquier otro gasto resultante de dicha acción. Si las excursiones no llegasen al mínimo de viajeros previstos por AAA Island Tours ó si por cualquier otra causa justificada el organizador se viera obligado a suspender cualquiera de los viajes, los clientes inscritos no tendrán más derechos que al total reembolso del importe satisfecho, con renuncia expresa a cualquier otra reclamación. Todos los participantes de las excursiones vienen obligados a observar una conducta socialmente aceptable. Si algún participante no lo hiciese y por tal razón causare malestar y descontento al grupo, AAA Island Tours, a través de su guía, estará autorizado a exigirle a dicha persona que abandone la excursión. La única obligación por parte de AAA Island Tours consistirá en reembolsarle la parte proporcional de los servicios del viaje no utilizados. Los clientes que voluntariamente desistan de utilizar cualquier servicio incluido en el programa no tendrán derecho a exigir devolución por los servicios dejados de tomar voluntariamente. 

If a late cancellation arrives prior to the commencement of any tour, and said cancellation affects the required minimum amount of passengers for the tour, AAA Island Tours reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule it. AAA Island Tours will only be responsible for the reimbursement of the money paid for the tour reservation.

The corporations or entities that render these services reserve the right to change the itineraries or hotels if it is deemed necessary in order to give a better service to the passenger or for any other reason beyond their control. In the event that a passenger request a modification to the contracted services, the passenger must pay the total cost of the services requested. The same should be paid in advance.

AAA Island Tours declines any and all responsibility for delays, early departures or cancellations made by airlines, cruise lines or any other company providing transportation services, and any other expense resulting thereof, shall be the exclusive responsibility of the passenger. In the event the minimum amount of passengers is not fulfilled for a specific service, or if for valid reason, such service is cancelled, those with reservation shall have no other rights than to a total reimbursement of amounts paid, thus renouncing, hereby, to any other claim. If any passenger in a group exhibits behavior that according to the tour guide is inadequate or causes discomfort to fellow passengers, he or she could be excluded from further services, and AAA Island Tours responsibility shall be limited to a proportional reimbursement of the services not rendered. Passengers shall have no right to be reimbursed for services voluntarily not used.  

AAA Island Tours, declara explícitamente que obra únicamente como intermediario entre los viajeros y las entidades o personas llamadas a facilitar los servicios que se indican, o sea, empresas de transportes, hoteles, restaurantes, etc.; por consiguiente, declina toda responsabilidad por deficiencias en los servicios, o por cualquier daño, herida, accidente, retraso o irregularidad que pudiera ocurrir durante la prestación de los servicios al pasajero. Cuando la transportación se produzca en vehículos de o alquilados por AAA Island Tours, el pasajero expresamente renuncia a toda reclamación por daños contra esta, limitándose a reclamos contra las aseguradoras por una suma no mayor de la cubierta vigente o contra terceros.

AAA Island Tours expressly declares that it serves exclusively as an intermediary between the passengers and the corporations or persons called to render the services described in this catalogue. For such reason, AAA Island Tours declines any and all liability for deficiency in the services or for harm, damage, accidents, delays or irregularities caused by the rendering party of such services to the passenger, his baggage or other properties. When transportation occur in vehicles owned or rented by AAA Island Tours, the passenger will submit any claim that he or she may have to the local jurisdiction and hereby renounces to any right to recover damages from AAA Island Tours.. Damage recovery in case of accidents shall solely be brought against the insurance companies, or to third parties, such as airlines, cruise lines or operators.
